Memo <br />DATE: <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />RE: <br />March 25, 2010 <br />Ramsey Planning Commission <br />Community Development Staff <br />Staff Update <br />CASE # <br />City of <br />RAMSEY <br />City Council Update. The following is a brief summary of actions taken in March that may be of <br />interest to the Planning Commission: <br />Introduce Ordinance to Amend Chapter 117 of City Code to Increase the Required Depth of Topsoil to <br />Six (6) Inches. The City Council introduced the ordinance to increase the required depth of topsoil to six <br />(6) inches related to the amendment to the specification of topsoil. <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Allow Motor Vehicle Repairs and Motor Vehicle Sales in the H-1 <br />Highway 10 Business District at 6845 Highway 10 NW. The City Council approved the request by <br />Eddy's Auto and Body Repair for a CUP for motor vehicle sales and repair. - <br />Introduce Ordinance to Amend Section 117-1 Definitions. The City Council introduced the ordinance to <br />amend the definitions section related to the newly adopted off-street parking ordinance. <br />Introduce Ordinance to Amend Chapter 117 Article III to Require Individual Services and Regulate the <br />Platting of Individual Units in Multi -Unit Residential Dwellings. The City Council introduced the <br />. ordinance to require individual services and lots in certain multi -family dwellings. <br />PC: 04.01.2010 <br />45 <br />
