Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$166,037. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #10-02-039 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
