<br />Councilmember Dehen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #10-02-045 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 09-25 DYSPROSIUM STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted February 9, 2010, a <br />feasibility study for Improvement Project 09-25 Dysprosium Street Improvements has been <br />prepared by Steve Jankowski, Assistant City Engineer: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of bituminous overlay of <br />such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 <br />and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $672,91 I. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of <br />March, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed. and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />.
