WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #10-01-030 adopting Findings of Fact #0860 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On January 26, 2010, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Michael Buckman ("Permittee") for a private dog kennel to maintain a maximum of four dogs on the property generally known as 15916 St Francis Blvd NW and legally described as follows: The south 120 feet of the west 10 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying north of the south 120 feet thereof, and lying south of the south line of Lots 6 and 7, Block 7HALL-ANDERSON ACRES, and the easterly extension thereof and lying westerly of a line described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of,the Southeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of north 89 degrees 45 minutes 43 seconds east, along the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 841.61 feet to the intersection with the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 (St. Francis Blvd.) and the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence northerly along said centerline and along a nontangential curve concave to the west having a radius of 3242 feet and a central angle of 6 degrees 04 minutes 02 seconds, a distance of 343.31 feet, the chord of said curve bears north 18 degrees 57 minutes 26 seconds west, to the easterly extension of the south line of said Lot 7, Block 7, HALL-ANDERSON ACRES and said line there terminating, Anoka County, Minnesota. ("Subject Property") This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this Permit are as follows: This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. 2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of six (6) dogs on the Subject Property over six (6) months of age.
