Councilmember Dehen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-02-050 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND BIDDING FOR <br />THE LEASE SPACE REMODEL IN THE RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has considered a redesign of the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center to accommodate the Anoka County License Center; and <br />WHEREAS, the BKV Group has prepared plans and specifications for the redesign of <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center; and <br />WHEREAS, after approval of the plans and specifications for the redesign, the next step <br />is to prepare and distribute bid documents for the build-out. <br />NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey has approved the plans and specifications for <br />the redesign of the Ramsey Municipal Center to accommodate the Anoka County License <br />Center and has authorized staff to move forward with the preparation of bid documents <br />for the space. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />
