Commissioner Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #HRA-10-02-003 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2009 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY OPERATING BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, during the year 2009, the Ramsey HRA acted on matters impacting revenue <br />and expenditures budget of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for items that were not <br />included in the original budget for the year ended December 31, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, for financial reporting purposes, amendments to the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority budget is to be made in the form of a Budget Amendment Resolution; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the following budget amendments are required to confirm the HRA's <br />actions taken by motion and/or discussion and to reflect actual activity for the year ended <br />December 31, 2009: <br />To amend revenue activities based on budget amendments made by HRA action during <br />2009 and actual moneys received over (under) budget from $317,443 to $7,412,614 a <br />total net increase of $7,095,171 due to the purchase of the Ramsey Town Center Land <br />Transfers. <br />Taxes $ 247,557 <br />Misc-County HRA Payment 595,641 <br />Transfers In <br />Water/Sewer Fund 4,668,788 <br />Letter of Credit Proceeds 1,583,185 <br />Net Increase Budgeted Revenues 7 095 171 <br />To amend expenditure activities based on budget amendments made by HRA action <br />during 2009 and actual moneys spent over (under) budget from $312,443 to $7,316,628 <br />for a net increase of $7,004,185.
