The Links at Northfork will provide a fleet of 75 carts for your event. If additional carts are needed they will be rented from an outside source at an additional fee to the customer. PAYMENT IS TO BE IN THE FORM OF CASH, CHECK OR VISA/MC MADE PAYABLE TO THE COURSE. BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE HELD PAST THE DEPOSIT DUE DATE. ADDITIONALLY, THE COURSE MUST RECEIVE A GUARANTEE AS TO THE EXACT NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS NOT LESS THAN 8 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. If no notice is given, the number of players listed on this contract becomes the guarantee. If more players show up at the course on the day of the outing than the number guaranteed, we will attempt to accommodate customers; however, no guarantees are made as to the availability of space for excess players. All outing prices quoted are subject to change upon 90 days notice. Customer agrees to pay any increased price upon proper notice. ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE COURSE. NO COOLERS ALLOWED. Frost, fog or inclement weather may cause delay of the event. If playing conditions require cancellation of the event by the course, the outing will be rescheduled at customer's convenience. In the event that the course determines that a "rain -out" has occurred during the event, an equitable adjustment will be made by the course manager. The Outing Chairperson, for himself and all members of the group, agrees to hold harmless and unconditionally indemnify and defend The Links at Northfork, LLC from and against all liability, claims, expenses, demands, losses, judgments, damages and costs, including attomey's fees and court costs, arising by reason of death or bodily injury to persons, injury to property, or any other loss relating to or arising from the use of the course, indemnities products, services or facilities by the Toumament Chairperson or any member or guest of the group without regard to any negligent act or omission, in whole or in part, solely or jointly of The links at Northfork, LLC, their officers, agents or employees. However, the Toumament Chairperson, for himself and all members of the group, shall not be obligated to defend or indemnify The Links at Northfork, LLC, their officers, agents or employees for claims arising out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of The Links at Northfork, LLC, their officers, agents or employees. ACCEPTED BY COURSE DATE ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTED BY: OUTING CHAIRPERSON DATE The outing chairperson guarantees and will be legally obligated for payment of all fees for the guaranteed number of players, as well as for any excess players.
