She stated that she also noticed that there <br />does not appear to be an access ramp for the handicapped parking, or it is simply not marked <br />very well. She asked that staff contact the County regarding County Road 56 and request that <br />the holes be repaired and the centerline painted. She also expressed concern about the ordinance <br />stating that properties of two acres or less can have six items parked on their property, and her <br />concern relates to people storing junk cars on their property. <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey stated that residents cannot store junk vehicles on their property and if residents <br />are using storage containers on their property, the ordinance addresses these storage containers; <br />in addition, the City has nuisance ordinances. He suggested that Ms. Beberg speak with Mr. <br />Gladhill regarding her concerns. <br /> <br />John Enstrom, 8702 181'! Avenue NW, appeared before the City Council and expressed concern <br />about encroachment by the Metropolitan Mosquito Control in spraying wetlands without a <br />permit. He stated a lot of residents do not want them spraying on their property and residents <br />should have the ability to keep Metropolitan Mosquito Control off their land. He asked if the <br />City could put some type of notice in the local paper or on the City's website indicating that if <br />residents do not want spraying on their property, that they have the ability to do that and <br />explaining how to do that. He also expressed concern about A TV s using trail right of ways and <br />tearing up the roads. He asked the Council to address this and notify ATV owners that they <br />cannot use the trails along the road. <br /> <br />4.
