ARTICLE 21. Change of the Contract Price <br />d by tE~ - . <br />21.1 The Contract Price constitutes the total compensation payable to the Contractor for <br />i performing the Work. Change of Contract Time <br />22.1 The Contract Time may only be changed by a Change Order. If the Contractor is entitled by <br />:genera the Contract Documents to make a claim for an extension in the Contract Time, the claim shall be in- <br />shall >x writing delivered to the Engineer within five (5) calendar days after expiration of any such delay of <br />upon itt the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.
