It is our view that these services are beyond our presently contracted scope of services. Please review the following items, sign the authorization to proceed below, and return this document to us as authorization to proceed. All work will be performed per at the hourly rates described in the base contract. Rafe table is available upon request. ADDITIONAL SERVICE Development Management Services ESTIMATED FEE $15,000.00/monthry DESCRIPTION Provide Development Management Services as directed by the City. Hourly descriptions will be provided on each invoice indicating services provided. Initial focus will be on work with potential tenants, developing financial models and dashboards, assistance on marketing and presenting the project at industry events, coordinating efforts of the development team, staff, and others. The forgoing services will be performed on an hourly basis with an estimate of total fees as indicated. Reimbursable F~cpenses, including but not limited to Mileage, Plotting, Printing, Scanning, and Subconsultants are not included in the fees above and will be billed as a reimbursable expense at 1.15 times cost.
