The Applicant shall enter into a <br />shared parking agreement with PSD, LLC, the owner of future Outlot A, as the City encourages shared <br />parking facilities wherever possible in the Town Center. <br />The drainage, grading, utility and landscape plans are generally acceptable with amendments as outlined <br />in the Staff Review Letter. Anoka County has reviewed the Site Plan and Minor Plat request, with <br />comments listed in the attached letter. <br />The Town Center Zoning District requires Preliminary and Final Site Plan review. Should the City <br />Council find the Preliminary Site Plan acceptable, City Staff will forward the Final Site Plan, with any <br />requested revisions, to the next available City Council Meeting, along with the request for a Conditional <br />Use Permit for the increase in maximum parking spaces.
