The Lessee will rent the property as stated above according to the following payment <br />arrangement: <br />$1000.00 per month <br />It is also agreed that the Lesse will place its storage units according to the desired location of the Lessor and that <br />the Lesse will adhere to all rules and regulations set by the Lessor. <br />It is understood by both parties that this is a month to month agreement and may be terminated by either party <br />at any time with a 30 day written notice.
