AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117 -1 (DEFINITIONS) OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1 AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2 AMEND Section 117 -1 of the Ramsey City Code is amended to include the following text (additions indicated as underlined text, deletions are indicated as a strikcthrough): 117 -1 Definitions Driveway - - . he garage width by more than 15 feet, or in the absencc of a .
