PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Chairperson Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Andrew Dunaway <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br />Planning Manager Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Utilities Supervisor John Nelson <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Levine called the regular meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />Roger Larson, 14805 Waco Street NW stated he would like the members of the commission to <br />push hard for a community center. He suggests Eagan has an excellent example of a community <br />center. <br />City Staff gave background information on the Amphitheater in Town Center. <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunaway, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Dunaway, Van Scoy, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Hunt, and Rogers. Voting No: None.
