CONSIDER RESOLUTION APPROVING ADVANCE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT <br />FOR MUNICIPAL PARKING RAMP EXPANSION <br />By: Brian E. Olson, Director of Public Works/Principal City Engineer <br />Background: <br />The City applied for and received a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) grant for <br />adding an additional 200 stalls to the current parking ramp. This is a federal program and the <br />funds are administered through the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MN/DOT). The <br />agreement with MN /DOT is attached for review and approval. <br />Funding Source: <br />The grant requires a local funding match.
