I- LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION APRIL 20, 1988 CALL TO ORDER Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8 :35 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. ROLL CALL Members present included Chairman Jim Schrantz, Pete Raatikka, John Weaver, and Tom Mathisen. Also in attendance was Engineering Consultant Dean Skallman and Lyle Bradley, 15202 7th Ave. N.W., Andover. FEBRUARY MINUTES Motion was made.by Mr. Mathisen, seconded by Mr. Raatikka, to ap- prove the 2 -17 -88 meeting minutes as printed. All voted yes. Motion carried. TREASURER'S REPORT Mr. Mathisen presented the Treasurer's Report for periods ending 2 -29 -88 and 3 -31 -88 showing no activity during either month and a balance of $16,101.25. Motion was made by Mr. Weaver, seconded by Mr. Raatikka, to approve the Treasurer's Report of February and March as presented. All voted yes. Motion carried. PAYMENT OF BILLS Mr. Mathisen was in receipt of several bills from Barr Engineering: 1) $181.80 for meeting attendance dating back to May 1987 which was re- portedly appropriate and payable; 2) $171.00, meeting attendance, for the period 11 -29 -87 through 1- 30 -88; and 3) $153.00 for the period 1 -31 through 2- 27 -88. Motion was made by Mr. Raatikka, seconded by Mr. Mathisen, to pay the three bills from Barr Engineering. All voted yes. Motion carried. REPORT OF OFFICERS None. T CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS Mr. Mathisen reported that the firm of 0. J. Carlson has been retained to prepare the LRRWMO Annual Report, as was done last year. However, some of the work will be completed in- house, according to Anoka Finance Director
