LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT <br />Minutes of the June 17, 1987 meeting. <br />CALL TO ORDER: <br />The Lower Rum River Water Management Commission was called to <br />order by Chairman, Jim Schrantz at the Anoka City Offices. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />J. Schrantz <br />P. Raatikka <br />J. Weaver <br />D. Skallman <br />MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING: <br />Motion by J. Weaver, Second, by Raatikka to approve the minutes <br />of the May 20th, 1987 meeting. All voted yes. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT: <br />None. <br />No bills were submitted. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS: <br />None. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS: <br />None. <br />CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS: <br />A. discussion was held pertaining to the letter the commission <br />received from Sannerud & Assoc. asking if parcels of land were <br />in fact in our watershed. The commission agreed the land was <br />not in our watershed but was in the Upper Rum River Watershed. <br />A DNR permit for a J. Washburn was discussed. Motion by P. Raatikka <br />Second, by J. Weaver subject to approval by City of Anoka Planning <br />Dept. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />D. Skallman reported each cities plan has been completed except <br />for Ramsey. P. Raatikka informed the commission that work is <br />continuing on their plan. The county is in the process of updating <br />their zoning map. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />F. Frederick presented the audit received from O.J. Carlson & <br />Assoc. Motion by J. Weaver, Second by P. Raatikka to have F. <br />Frederick report at the July meeting with an overview. All voted <br />yes. <br />F. Frederick presented a $418.00 bill for the audit. Motion by' <br />J. Weaver, Second, P. Raatikka to pay the bill. All voted yes. <br />F. Frederick was directed to call C. Pearson to see if the audit <br />needs to be filed with any state agency. <br />N. Frank was asked to contact Mava Mikkonen regarding here -rates <br />for secretarial services. She will report her findings to J. <br />Weaver. <br />
