LRRWMO <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 19, 1989 <br />PAGE 1 <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />APRIL 19, 1989 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at <br />8:35 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present at roll call included Chairman Jim <br />Schrantz, Tom Mathisen, and John Weaver. Pete Raatikka <br />arrived immediately following consideration of the March <br />minutes. <br />Guests in attendance were: Curtis Pearson, Legal <br />Adviser; Dean Skallman, Consulting Engineer; Patricia <br />Rudolph, Anoka Soil and Water Conservation District; and John <br />Stine, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br />MARCH MINUTES <br />Skallman pointed out the correct spelling for Engineer- <br />ing Consultant John Dickson's name. <br />A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Schrantz, that <br />the contents of the March 15, 1989, meeting minutes be <br />approved as printed. All voted yes. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Mathisen reported that the annual audit report will be <br />ready by the May meeting. <br />Treasurer's Reports were received for the periods ending <br />February 28 and March 31, 1989, showing respective balances <br />of $18,399.84 and $18,409.93. Member cities will be billed <br />for their annual WMO assessments. The same budget is being <br />maintained for operating this fiscal year as was established <br />last year. The member operating cost assessment table was <br />noted for this fiscal year, Feb. 1, 1989 through January 31, <br />1990. <br />
