Motion carried. <br />Andover's Storm Drainage Plan <br />Schrantz stated the Coon Creek Watershed has yet to consider <br />Andover's Storm Drainage Plan, directing that this matter be <br />carried over to the June meeting. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />arvation Act Certification <br />The board discussed how to handle the proposed burning permit <br />regulations. Members concurred the DNR should have <br />jurisdiction in this matter. Schultz indicated the proposed <br />resolution makes sense in that the LRRWMO is the Local <br />Governmental Unit. <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Schultz, to APPROVE <br />THE RESOLUTION ADDRESSING THE WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT <br />CERTIFICATION FOR BURNING <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />on the Interim Wetland <br />Continued to the June meeting. <br />Set -Up a Technical Review Committee for the LRRWTMO <br />Continued to the June meeting. <br />u <br />o Discharge Storm <br />The board noted the receipt of a March 31, 1992, letter from <br />STS consultants Jeffrey A. Shopek and Theodore M. Frostman <br />relative to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency draft copy <br />of the general permit to discharge storm water associated <br />with industrial activities. <br />
