Bruce <br />Sandstrom is the Acting Regional Supervisor for the LRRWMO. <br />Schrantz provided a copy of a resolution officially appoint - <br />ing himself-and -Bruce Perry as member and alternate member, <br />respectively, to the LRRWMO. <br />Jankowski reported BWSR will head the Interim Program of <br />Wetland Regulation, referencing the January 14, 1992, memo- <br />randum from Greg Larson, Administrator- Wetland Management <br />Section, BWSR. John Anderson will be one of the BWSR <br />committee members. Jankowski added Pat Rudolph, Anoka Soil <br />and Water Conservation District, has indicated they will <br />provide consulting services, as might Barr Engineering. <br />Members discussed board attendance at upcoming seminars to <br />discuss the Interim Program of Wetland Regulation. <br />Motion was made by Schrantz, seconded by Schultz, to <br />AUTHORIZE STEVE JANKOWSKI'S ATTENDANCE AT ONE OF THE UPCOMING <br />SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT INTERIM PROGRAM OF <br />WETLAND REGULATION SEMINARS, WITH REGISTRATION COSTS TO BE <br />PAID BY THE LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT <br />ORGANIZATION. <br />Jankowski indicated he plans to attend the February 21, 1992, <br />seminar in Brooklyn Park. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />PENDING PROJECTS /PERMIT REVIEWS <br />Member Cities' Quarterly Reports <br />Schrantz and Erickson provided fourth quarter 1991 project <br />reports. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Water Quality Records /Maintenance <br />Jankowski indicated he has still not gone to Barr Engineering <br />to discuss their LRRWMO records /maintenance files. The board <br />had previously concurred the LRRWMO central files should be <br />similar to that maintained by Barr Engineering for this <br />organization. <br />
