LOWER RUNT RIVER WATERSHED MA17AGEMENT ORGANIZATIONt <br />OCTOBER 15, 1992 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:30 <br />a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Steve Jankowski, Bill <br />Ottensman (8:35 a.m.), and John Weaver. <br />Also present were Anoka alternate Ray Schultz and Deputy <br />Treasurer Jim Knutson. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by ?leaver, seconded by <br />THE SEPTEMBER 17, 1992, REGULAR MEETING <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion, was made by Jankowski, seconded <br />THE SEPTEMBER 22, 1992, SPECIAL MEETING <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. lotion carried. <br />Jankowski, to APPROVE <br />MINUTES AS PRINTED. <br />)y Weaver, to APPROVE <br />MINUTES AS PRINTED. <br />Upon consideration of the October 1, 1992, special meeting <br />minutes, it was noted that on page one, last paragraph, <br />second line, the 11 3,000 acres of wetland" should read "3,000 <br />square feet of wetland ". <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Jankowski, to APPROVE <br />THE OCTOBER 1, 1992, SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES AS AMENDED. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Potion carried <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Knutson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period <br />ending September 30, 1992, showing a money market checking <br />account balance of $10.00; interest bearing savings account <br />balance of $4,783.75, less the permit account balance c <br />$1,423.00, for an available account balance of $3,360.75; and <br />a certificate of deposit account of $12,000.00; for a total <br />balance of $16,793.75. <br />Knutson stated, in looking at the overall budget, this <br />organization looks to be in excellent shape. <br />
