LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />July 15, 1982 <br />Page 4 <br />Jankowski confirmed the plan has been revised to include a <br />sk imme r. <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Schultz, to APPROVE <br />LRRWMO PERMIT #92 -2, JUNIPER RIDGE PARTNERSHIP. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />The board, upon preparation for telephoning Dean Skallman <br />around 9:30 a.m., as previously arranged, reviewed all the <br />project reviews provided by the Consulting Engineer: <br />June 15, 1992 Reviews <br />DNR Permit #92 -6219 - Dewatering for utility installation in <br />the Meadows of Round Lake. The project meets the require- <br />ments of the LRRWMO. <br />I:I: <br />Operation of dewatering wells and the construction of a storm <br />sewer outlet and a sedimentation pond with an outlet to a <br />Class B water, respectively. The velocity of the discharge <br />does not meet WMO requirements. The sedimentation pond is <br />not designed to WMO requirements. <br />Jankowski stated he was not aware Skallman had a problem with <br />this project. He indicated he will follow up on it. <br />July 8, 1992, Reviews <br />DNR Permit #92 -6249 - Water appropriation permit for con- <br />struction of a forcemain in areas adjacent to the Mississippi <br />River. This application meets the requirements of the <br />LRRWMO. <br />LRRWMO Permit #92 -03 - Anoka County culvert replacement on <br />County Road 58. The plan meets the requirements of the <br />LRRWMO with regard to the water quality permitting. The <br />permit should require that restoration in the area of the <br />culvert replacement be completed within the two week time <br />estimate to minimize the potential for erosion. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Water Quality Records /Maintenance <br />Jankowski stated he has not obtained that information yet <br />from Barr Engineering. Schrantz indicated this agenda item <br />shall be carried over to the August meeting. <br />
