LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />July 15, 1992 <br />Page 8 <br />Schrantz recommended, and the board concurred, that this <br />topic be held over to a special meeting /work session. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Prepare Draft Contract for Consulting Engineering Services <br />The board agreed this agenda item should be part of the work <br />session, which was then set for July 22, 1992, at 8:15 a.m., <br />in the Engineering Conference Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />The Administrative Secretary reported receiving a telephone <br />call from Tony Brough, Anoka County Soil and Water Conserva- <br />tion District, indicating he will be sending a fully signed <br />Lake Monitoring Program contract to the LRRWMO within the <br />next few days. Mr. Brough reportedly queried as to how soon <br />contract payment could be made. Mikkonen told him she would <br />present this request to the board at its July 15, 1992, <br />regular meeting, suggesting that the LRRWMO might consider <br />authorizing payment of the contract amount for the Lake <br />Monitoring Program contingent upon the Deputy Treasurer's <br />receipt of the fully signed contract. Mr. Brough reportedly <br />indicated that would be acceptable if approved. <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Jankowski, to <br />AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF THE 1992 LAKE MONITORING CONTRACT WITH <br />THE ANOKA COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT AT A <br />COST OF $200.00 EACH FOR THE LAKES OF ROGERS, ROUND, AND IF <br />IT WAS POSSIBLE, ITASKA, INCLUDING $35.00 PER LAKE FOR ANY <br />SEECHI DISK READING TAKEN WHEREVER POSSIBLE ON SAID THREE <br />LAKES. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion was made by Erickson, <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes.
