Voting No: None. <br />Case #2: Discuss Contractor Developer Teams for Veterans Affairs VA Community <br />Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) <br />City Administrator Ulrich recommended tabling this until further information was received. <br />Chairperson Dehen stated he was concerned about whether or not acontractor/developer the City <br />used would be amenable to spec space. He indicated this should be addressed now. <br />Commissioner Ramsey did not believe the City needed to be limited to the four specific teams <br />and he did not know if they wanted to pick someone without knowing what the requirements <br />were going to be. <br />Commissioner Elvig agreed it was important to wait and see what the schedule was going to be. <br />No action was taken by the HRA. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Planning Manager Miller stated staff has been in discussions with someone about a possible five <br />building development and that person was hoping to have a proposed development before the <br />HRA within the next few weeks. <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />None. <br />COMMISSIONER INPUT <br />None. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Elvig, seconded by Commissioner Jeffrey, to close the special meeting <br />of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br />Motion carried. <br />The special meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority /October 27, 2009 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
