Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-04- <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY TOWN <br />CENTER 14TH ADDITION. <br />WHEREAS, PSD, LLC hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for <br />final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 14~' Addition on the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot FF, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, subject to easement of record, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />-or upon recording- <br />Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 14~' Addition <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on January 29, 2010, the City of Ramsey received an application from <br />PSD, LLC for sketch plan review of the proposed minor plat of Ramsey Town Center 14th <br />Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 4, 2010, the Planning Commission reviewed the minor plat <br />sketch plan for Ramsey Town Center 14th Addition and the preliminary site plan for the <br />development of Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 13~' Addition on April 1, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 22, 2010, the City received application for final plat approval of <br />Ramsey Town Center 14th Addition from PSD, LLC; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 13, 2010, the City Council approved the preliminary site plan. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center 14~' <br />Addition subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated Apri121, 2010. <br />2. The Applicant entering into a development agreement with the City regarding the platting <br />of the Subject Property. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
