The Applicant shall enter into a <br />shared parking agreement with PSD, LLC, the owner of future Outlot A, as the City encourages shared <br />parking facilities wherever possible in the Town Center. <br />The drainage, grading, utility and landscape plans are generally acceptable with amendments as outlined <br />in the Staff Review Letter. Anoka County has reviewed the Site Plan and Minor Plat request, with <br />comments listed in the attached letter. The City Council approved the Preliminary Site Plan on April 13, <br />2010. The Site Plan is now eligible for fmal adoption, with the request for a Conditional Use Permit. <br />Funding: <br />All costs associate with processing the application are the responsibility of the Applicant. <br />Recommendation: <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the site plan, contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff Review Letter dated March 25, 2010, revised April 7, 2010, approval of the Variance to floor area <br />ratio and surface parking lot street frontage as well as the conditional use permit. <br />Council Action: <br />Proposed Motions: <br />1. Adopt the resolution adopting findings of fact related to the conditional use permit to exceed <br />maximum number of parking spaces by 25%. <br />2. Adopt the resolution approving the conditional use permit to exceed the maximum number of <br />parking spaces by 25%. <br />3.
