Board Member Cleveland has a concern if the clinic would be visible when a building would go <br />in across the street. Associate Planner Gladhill stated that at that time staff would work with the <br />ordinance regarding setbacks, etc. for orientation of the building. There will be some of the same <br />concerns at Armstrong Boulevard and Bunker Lake Boulevard as well. <br />Board Member Hunt stated it is an attractive location and building. It is a strong drawing point <br />to the Town Center. The parking lot is an important function of a clinic; people coming to the <br />clinic are usually ill or injured. ,,:, <br />Board Member Dunaway stated he thinks Allina has learned if hatY~].~y. needed in functionality <br />from their current building.
