Board Member Cleveland has a concern if the clinic would be visible when a building would go in across the street. Associate Planner Gladhill stated that at that time staff would work with the ordinance regarding setbacks, etc. for orientation of the building. There will be some of the same concerns at Armstrong Boulevard and Bunker Lake Boulevard as well. Board Member Hunt stated it is an attractive location and building. It is a strong drawing point to the Town Center. The parking lot is an important function of a clinic; people coming to the clinic are usually ill or injured. ,,:, Board Member Dunaway stated he thinks Allina has learned if hatY~].~y. needed in functionality from their current building.
