Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #10-04-_ A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES BY TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT. . WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Allina Health System for a conditional use permit to increase the maximum number of parking spaces permitted in the TC-3 sub- district by 25% on the property legally described as follows: Outlot FF, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Subject to Easement of Record, Anoka County, Minnesota -or upon recording- Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 14~' Addition NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On April 27, 2010, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Allina Health System ("Permittee") to increase the maximum number of parking spaces in the TC-3 Sub-district by 25%. This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 117-51 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this Permit are as follows: 1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. 2. This Permit shall allow for a maximum of One Hundred Forty Three (143) parking spaces on the Subject Property. 3. That the Permittee shall construct the parking lot in accordance with the site plan prepared by BDH & Young and dated March 1, 2010 and that parking space markings must be maintained at all times. 4. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit.
