Section 4.1 Severability. In case any one or more of the provisions of this Supplement shall, for any reason, be held to be illegal or invalid, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this Supplement and this Supplement shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal or invalid provisions had not been contained herein. Section 4.2 No Personal Liability of Issuer Officials. No covenant or agreement contained in this Supplement shall be deemed to be the covenant or agreement of any official, officer, agent or employee of the Issuer in his or her individual capacity, and neither the members of the Issuer nor any official executing this Supplement shall be liable personally or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason thereof. Section 4.3 Counterparts. . This Supplement may be so executed in any number of counterparts, each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall be an original; but such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same Supplement.
