Section 1.6. No Personal Liability of Issuer Officials. <br />No covenant or agreement contained in this Amendment shall be deemed to be the <br />covenant or agreement of any official, officer, agent or employee of the Issuer in his or her <br />individual capacity, and neither the members of the Issuer nor any official executing this <br />Amendment shall be liable personally or be subject to any personal liability or accountability by <br />reason thereof. <br />Section 1.7. Counterparts. <br />This Amendment may be so executed in any number of counterparts, each of which, <br />when so executed and delivered, shall be an original; but such counterparts shall together <br />constitute but one and the same Amendment. <br />Section 1.8. Addresses for Notice.
