Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to waive the reading of the <br />Ordinance per City Charter and to adopt the Ordinance #10-OS to amend Chapter 117-1, <br />definitions. <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Wise noted this was a complaint based Ordinance and as <br />long as a person maintains a neat property the likelihood of triggering this would not likely be an <br />issue. <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br />Councilmember Dehen aye <br />Councilmember McGlone aye <br />Councilmember Look aye <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Councilmember Jeffrey aye <br />Councilmember Wise aye <br />Mayor Ramsey aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.09: Adopt Ordinance to Amend Chapter 117 Article III to Require Individual Services <br />and Regulate the Platting of Individual Units in Multi-Unit Residential Dwellings in <br />the City of Ramsey; Case of the City of Ramsey <br />Associate Planner Gladhill reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to waive the City Charter <br />requirement to read the Ordinance aloud and to adopt the Ordinance # 10-06 to amend Chapter <br />117, Article II to require individual services and platting of individual lots in certain multi-unity <br />residential dwellings. <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br />Councilmember Dehen aye <br />Councilmember McGlone aye <br />Councilmember Wise aye <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Councilmember Jeffrey aye <br />Councilmember Look aye <br />Mayor Ramsey aye <br />Motion carried. <br />City Council / Apri113, 2010 <br />Page 10 of 14 <br />
