Ulrich, City Administrator <br />Background: <br />Staff received a request from Dan Erhart, Chair of the Northstar Corridor Development <br />Authority (NCDA), requesting the City adopt a resolution approving an amendment to <br />the Joint Powers Agreement with the NCDA. Attached for Council review is the letter <br />from Chair Erhart, which summarizes the amendment, the strikethrough/underlined <br />amendment, and the draft resolution, approving such amendment. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #10-04-XXX to approve amendment No. 2 to Joint Powers <br />Agreement establishing the Northstar Corridor Development Authority. <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator: <br />CC: 04.27.10 <br />
