I <br />believe we have paid full taxes for 6701 for the past 19 months when <br />we should have paid 40% resulting in $15,429.00 overpayment and <br />the increase must be adjusted to reflect the same. <br />We seriously thought we were doing the city a favor when we rented <br />these buildings to help cover the city's cost of holding this property. <br />In the same token it was beneficial to us as we can get by with one <br />manager for the mini storage and this facility, sharing part of the <br />overhead.
