Proposal <br />What We'll Do <br />This year, we want to make use of the fabulous bike trails of the Ramsey <br />City Parks and organize a 15K Family Bike Ride. We will have people start <br />from Ramsey City Hall at iPM, each with a punch card ready for the <br />booths we'll have set up along the route. The punch card will have a map <br />on it for the people to follow. <br />At intervals, we will have a sponsor with a booth and activity set up for <br />the participants. Everyone will stop at each booth for ice water, to rest, <br />and to play the game if they choose. Each stop will have their special <br />shaped paper punch to mark the cards of those wishing to join in the <br />drawing at the end of the bike ride. <br />Once individuals have completed the route, they can drop their com- <br />pleted bike cards into a basket for a chance to win prizes. Names will be <br />drawn at the completion of the ride. Prizes may include donated items to <br />be determined later. <br />How We'll Do It <br />We will recruit Ramsey businesses to sponsor booths along the route. <br />They can use the opportunity to promote their business and offer free <br />samples. We will encourage them to provide some related game or activ- <br />ity for the younger set who will be stopping by during the ride. <br />Hope Fellowship will be one of the stops along the way. We will offer <br />light bike repairs, air conditioned rest rooms, at chance to get out of the <br />sun (or rain) and cold water. <br />
