CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Bob Ramsey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Colin McGlone <br />Councilmember Jeffrey Wise <br />Members Absent: Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />City Clerk Jo Thieling <br />Planning Manager Amber Miller <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Development Manager Darren Lazan <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />-Mayor Ramsey called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Boy Scout Troop 414. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />4. APPROVE AGENDA <br />City Administrator Ulrich recommended pulling item 5.03(c) and make that Case 7.06 and pull <br />item 5.07 and make that case 7.07 and add item 7.08 from item 6 from the Worksession <br />regarding demolition of former Holiday Station site. <br />City Council /April 27, 2010 <br />Page 2 of 9 <br />
