Therefore, the CIP should receive ratification only if the Council perceives actions contemplated within the plan as reasonable and planned within justified time frames, Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adopt the City of Ramsey's Capital Improvement Program for the years of 2003-2007 noting that it is a forecasting tool and not actual, committed projects and expenditures. Motion camed. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Cook, Zimmerman, Elvig, Kurak, Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Case #9: Report from Personnel Committee The Personnel Committee met on February 25, 2003 to discuss the foHgwing cases: 1) Consider Appointment to Parks and Recreation Commission The interview panel recommended that City Council adopt Resolution #03-02~057 appointing Mark Lehman to the Park and Recreation Commission with Laurie Dustin as an alternate. 2) Request to End Probationary Period for Full-Time Records Management Clerk The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #03-02- 058 ending the probationary period for full-time Records Management Clerk, Amy Dietl, effective February t 9, 2003. 3) Request to End Probationary Period for Full-Time Accounting Clerk The Persmmel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #03-02- 059 ending the probationary period for full-time Accounting Clerk, Jennie Loeffler, effective February 9, 2003. 4) Request to End Probationary Period for Full-Time Assistant City Administrator The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #03-02- 060. ending the probationary period for full-time Assistant City Administrator, Heidi Nelson, effective February 19, 2003. Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to ratify the recommendation of the Personnel Committee. Motion.carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gmnec, and Councilmembers Elvig,.
