Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Captain Tim Dwyer <br />Principal City Engineer Brian Olson <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Department Office Manager loleen Weimann <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the work session of the City Council to order at 5:4t p.m.. <br /> <br />WORK SESSION TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Work Session Meeting Location <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that earlier in the year, the Council gave direction to hold the Council work <br />sessions at City Hall rather than Fire Station I. He inquired if the Council would agree with <br />moving the work sessions, back to Fire Station I so that they have more space to hold the <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that he does like the concept of the round table discussion. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman replied that they can hold the round table discussions at Fire Station <br />I. <br /> <br />City Council/March 4, 2003 <br /> Page 1 of 16 <br /> <br />-111- <br /> <br /> <br />
