Director Frolik replied that the adjoining property oWners were <br />involved during preliminary plat process. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #03- <br />03-077 to approve the final plat of Wildlife Sanctuary 3® Addition .contingent upon compliance <br />with the City staff reyiew letter dated March 21, 2003, and the....developer entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Kurak, Elvig, Cook, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Amend the 2003 Building Permit, Planning, and Zoning <br />Fees <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that on March 11, 2003, the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance to amend the building permit, planning, and zoning fees to include an <br />administration fee pertaining to the handling of tree and sod escrows.
