I <br /> <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #03-04-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR ROOF REPAIRS TO CITY BUILDINGS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, specifications have been prepared by the City Staff for maintenance repairs <br />to the Central Park building and warming house and Wellhouse No 1; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is desirable to receive competitive bid for this work; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL oF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follOws: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That such contract' documents and specifications, a copy of which are available at the office <br />of the City Engineer and will be available, and made part of are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bids for this project is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 8th day of April 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-04-XXX <br /> Page 1 of I <br /> <br />-199- <br /> <br /> <br />
