The individual signing this agreement on behalf of the Grantee <br />represents and warrants on the Grantee's behalf that the individual is duly authorized to execute this <br />agreement on the Grantee's behalf and that this agreement constitutes the Grantee's valid, binding <br />and eaforceable agreements. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantee and the Council have caused this agreement to be <br />executed by their duly authorized representatives.
