Applicant: Ramsey <br />Project Name: Ramsey Station Town Center <br /> <br />Recommended Funding Amount: $800,000 <br /> <br />Project Description <br />The Ramsey Town Center (RTC) is the green-field development of a compact transit-oriented mixed-use <br />neighborhood. Abutting the proposed North Star commuter rail it will be a hub for employment, <br />commercial, residential and civic uses. With sidewalks throughout, tree-lined streets, bike paths, rear <br />alley and side yard access will be created, with a pedestrian and bicycle friendly environment benefiting <br />the residents of the proposed 2000 units of life-cycle housing.
