Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-04~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE' RELEASE OF A DRAFT ALTERNATIVE. <br />URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) DOCUMENT FOR THE AREA TO BE <br />DEVELOPED AS THE RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is <br />proposing to develop the Ramsey Town Center, a mixed-use development, within the City of <br />Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" on land shown on Exhibit A, hereinafter referred to as <br />the "Subject Property", that is attached to this document; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 14, 2003 the City Council author/zed the initiation of the <br />Ramsey Town Center _AUAR; and __. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for the purposes of conducting the Alternative Urban Areawide RevieTM <br />("AUAR"), the City is the Responsible Governmental Unit ("RGU"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 4410.3610 (5) (A) of Minnesota Rules requires the RGU to prepare <br />a draft AUAR document and distribute it to various governmental agencies and the general <br />public. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RANISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I. That the City hereby authorizes the release of the Draft AUAR for the Ramsey TOwn Center <br /> in accordance Chapter 4410.3610 (5) of Minnesota Rules.' <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and.upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the RamseY.
