5. Additional information as requested by the Ci'ty. <br /> <br />9.50.04 <br /> <br />f. Preliminary Plat Re~subdivision. For all subdivisions south of Trott Brook <br /> <br />the preliminary plat shall' show a feasible plan for furore re-subdivision bv <br />which lots may be re-subdivided to meet the size and dimension standards of <br /> <br />lots in areas served by 'public water and sanitary sewer systems. <br /> <br />9.50.04 Final Plat <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Procedure. Prior to the Council apProval of a final plat, <br />the 'following procedures shall be followed: <br /> <br />Following approval of the preliminary plat by: the Council, the Zoning <br />Administrator shall promptly notify the Subdivider of said app ........... <br />furnish him with a cc:~ifit:d copy of the resolution approving prelim 9.50.04 <br />Within one (1) year following approval of the preliminary plat, [unless a mu.m- <br />year phasin~ plan is approved bv City Council. the subdivider shall file ~ix (6) <br />c-opies-submit of-the final plat with4o__2_the Zoning Administrator. Thereafter, <br />the Council may extend the period upon written application-by the subdivider <br />and subject to all applicable performance conditions and requirements, or the <br />Council may require submission of a new application unless the Council finds <br />that substantial activity and investment has-occurred in reasonable'reliance on <br />the approved application and the subdivider will suffer substantial' financial <br />damage as a consequence of a requirement to submit a new application.
