Followintz approval of the 'final plat by the <br />Council. the Zonina Administrator shall promptly notify the subdivider of said approval and <br />furnish him with a copy of the resolution approving said plat. Within two (2) years following <br />final plat armmval, the final plat shall be recorded with the County Recorder or Registrar of <br /> <br />Titles of Anoka County. Thereafter. the Council ma,,: extend the period u.pon written application <br />by the subdi-vider and subject to all applicable peribrmance conditions and requiremelxts, or the <br />Council may require submission of a new application unl. ess the Council finds that substantial. <br />activity trod investment has occurred in reasonable reliance on the ap!>l:oved application ~d the <br />subdivider will suiTer substantial financial d.amatze as a consequence of a requirement to submit a <br /> <br />new application.
