-268- <br /> <br />9.50.10 9.50.10 through 9.50.29 (reserved) <br /> <br />9.50.30 Subdivision Design Standards <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. General Requirements. The Planning Commission in its <br />review of a preliminary plat shall determine whether the proposed Subdivision is in conformity <br />with the city code and shall take into consideration the requirements of the community and the <br />best use of the land. Particular attention shall be given to the arrangement, location and widths <br />of streets,, drainage and lot sizes and arrangements. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Street Plan <br /> <br />9.50.30 <br /> <br />ac <br /> <br />The arrangement, character, extent, width, grade and location of all streets <br />shall conform to the approved standard street specifications and al1 <br />applicable sections of the Code. All streets shall be paved with concrete or <br />bituminous surfacing. <br /> <br />The arrangement of streets in new subdivisions shall ~o prcv:isicn ±;or thc <br />cont[nu'ati,an 'of connect to ~dlacent .... · ....... ~ street stubs and_grov[de future <br />street stubss i-t3! adjoining areas_., <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Streets <br /> <br />a.
