Easements at least ten feet wide on fi'ont lines and 20 feet wide centered on rear or side lot lines shall be provided for utilities where necessary. Utility easements shall have continuity of alignment from block to block and lot to lot. Easements may be required along lot lines to right- of-ways so as to provide for street lighting. All Underground utility service lines, including water, drainage m~d sanitary sewer systems which traverse private property, shall be installed within recorded easements. Subd. 7 Delineation and Encumbrance of Wetlands on all plats: That the presence of any public or private drainaue ditches shall be identified on all plats and encumbered within a sixty-six ibot wide drainage and utilit,/easement. b.
