Planned Unit Development (PUD). Parkland dedication requirements for PUD's shall provide a minimum of ten-ten percent (4~10%) for public epe~ si:',aeeDark and recreational uses or cash in lieu of land in addition to those special requirements in §9.20.31. Standards for Accepting Dedication of Land for Public Park Purposes Land proposed to be dedicated for public purposes shall meet the needs of the City. Prior to dedication for public purpose, the subdivider shall deliver to the City Attorney, an abstract of title or registered property abstract for such dedication. Such title shall' vest in the City good and marketable title, free and clear of any mortgages, liens, encumbrances, assessments and taxes. The conveyance documents shall be in such form acceptable to the Council. 3. The required dedication shall be made at time of final plat approval. The removal of trees, topsoil, storage of construction equipment, burying of construction debris, or stockpiling of surplus soils is strictly forbidden withoUt the written approval of the Council.
