Effective January 19, 1997. 9.50 Subdivision Regulations 9-64 Ord. #88-15 amended §9.50.37 Subd. 6 (now §9.50.30 Subd. 7f), deleting the sentence "The fair market value of the undeveloped land shall be determined by the tax assessments, records and formulas that apply thereto."
