Basically; I reviewed the <br />criteria of the Metro Council TPP first before even considering any <br />change. Bottom line: the roadways recommended for change already meet <br />the criteria of the Metro Council's TPP for A-Minors. This is a <br />combination of ADT, location within the system, planned growth and a few <br />other factors. Access conditions are those set by the Metro Council, as : <br />well. If you would like, I'd be happy [o attend the R;amsey Council <br />meeting when the item is next discussed, <br /> <br />Also, another piece of'g0~d news--I finally got my hands on the JPA for <br />access to CSAH 116 in the vicinity of the Opportunity Site. Could you provide a <br />typical section that would.clearly identify what the vision for each of <br />the roadway types (both existing .and proposed) that are being discussed? <br /> <br />Also, I know you. mentioned that an A Minor has. more. restricted access <br />conditions. Could you provide an access guideline for each of the <br />roadway, types that are existing and proposed.
