Absent: None... <br /> <br />Bauer, Reeve, <br /> <br />Case//7 <br /> <br />Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />The Zoning Butletin was noted. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon indicated that during the January meeting the Commission agreed to <br />have Chapter 9 on the February 20 agenda, however Staff is not yet ready. He clarified for the <br />new Commission members that this is the zoning code. He suggested this be moved to March. <br />He also noted that the joint meeting with the Environmental Policy Task Force, the Park and <br />Recreation Board and the Planning Commission will be held on March 20. He does not currently <br />have the time but will let the Commission know. <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson asked that Staff be cautious about wording such as 'what is in it for the <br />City'. He stated that his philosophy is if someone wants to do something, let them do it unless <br />there is a g60d reason not to.
